A small amount goes a long way. This deodorant glides on like a lotion so it is best to test the consistency of it on your skin prior to use. If you have sensitive skin, you may also want to test on a small part of your body to see how your skin will react.

Apply a light amount of pressure after you have moved a small amount of the deodorant up in the applicator. Glide onto your skin in a downward motion. One swipe will be enough, usually to cover you. If you apply too much pressure, it will come out quickly.

This one 3 oz. container should be enough to last you a month when used once daily.
